As true grill lovers, we are not only driven by the unmistakable taste of a successful grill menu, but also by the continuous development of recipes — we would like to share this with you at our SANTOS barbecue seminars in Hamburg.

Here you can not only learn theoretical BBQ know-how, but also try out your practical skills on the grill right on the spot. Among other things, we will show you how to use the grill and accessories correctly, the composition of various ingredients and spices, and the methods of direct and indirect grilling. Together with our grill experts, you can prepare a delicious grilled menu in a relaxed atmosphere — and of course taste it afterwards.

The path to the perfect grill menu starts with using the grill correctly. Based on explaining the technical details of a gas grill and the various grill zones, the “Basic” barbecue seminar covers everything you need to know from the first flame to the juicy marinade: Tailored to the needs of aspiring grill masters, our professionals will vividly explain the differences between direct and indirect grilling using practical examples. Basic techniques, thermals and, of course, temperature are important components of our basic seminar.

A masterful grilling result

However, so that the “stuff” of our barbecue seminars does not get as dry as an overcooked piece of meat on the grill, our seminars are based on the principle of “learning by doing”: cut onions, wash lettuce or marinate the meat - you are part of the process right from the start and can put your theoretical knowledge to the test right away. In a relaxed atmosphere, our grill masters will guide you in preparing and preparing meat dishes and side dishes, help you with tips & tricks and give you one or the other creative menu idea along the way.
