About this class
What you’ll do in the class
After a sparkling welcome drink, we'll take you through a curated selection of five premium gins from classic London Dry varieties to modern craft gins from small distilleries. You'll learn how different botanicals shape taste, texture, and character, and try different tonics to find out which combinations work perfectly.
Then get creative yourself: In our infusion workshop, you make your very own gin - with aromas and ingredients that exactly suit your taste. You can of course take your own gin home with you.
