Class description

Are you looking for some inspiration for plant-based and seasonal recipes and would you like to do something good for yourself? Are you in the mood for an educational but above all practical cooking event in a cozy small group in our VitaliQ kitchen? Then you are welcome to join us for the “Light Seasonal Cuisine” cooking class.

What is the process of the seasonal cooking class in Frankfurt?

  • At the beginning, you will learn a lot about the benefits of a wholesome and plant-based diet based on our principle: healthy eating.
  • Discover the variety of plant-based foods and delicious combinations.
  • At this cooking class in Frankfurt, one starter, one dessert and two main courses are prepared — in keeping with the season.
  • During the entire course, you can talk to certified nutritionist Mareike and ask any questions you may have.
  • We cook a delicious menu: starter, two different main courses, a delicious dessert.
  • We're looking forward to you.

There will be:

We'll fill ourselves up with this:

  • Potatoes from the oven or in stews
  • wholemeal pasta as a side dish
  • Quinoa, amaranth, couscous and bulgur in salads and stir-fries
  • Natural and basmati rice in mixed rice dishes and as a side dish
  • Corn grits as polenta

This strengthens us:

  • lentils, chickpeas, beans, whole and in bulk
  • Nuts, kernels, seeds, whether or not as puree
  • natural and smoked tofu, chunky and grated
  • Various mushrooms and sprouts, usually fried, possibly in sauce
  • Silken tofu and soy yoghurt as a dip

This is how we keep fit:

  • Seasonal vegetables and fruits, such as asparagus and rhubarb, tomatoes and berries, pumpkin and apple

You can also read more about seasonal cuisine in our article “Seasonal cooking — this is how you cook by season.”
