About this class
Between Africa and the Orient: Fragrant spices take you to the Orient and North Africa. Lamb, lentils, couscous, yoghurt and mint are just a small selection of these regions.
What can you expect?
- a lovingly created 4-course menu with selected drinks.
- Menu example:
- oriental beluga lentil salad with salted lemon
- Cassava cream soup with grains of paradise
- Doro Wot: Ethiopian chicken stew with Berbere spice mix
- pomegranate cream with cocoa nibs
What is included?
- House drinks such as juice, beer, 1/4 l wine (red or white), mineral water
- Not every evening is always the same with us
- Of course, there is also a cocktail or an exotic juice
- Sometimes we “only” have beer and sometimes one of our brewing specialties, brewed with spices according to our recipe
- If you want, you can also take a look at the wine glass - here we work with small wineries and can promise that we will pour you very delicious wine
Who is the course suitable for?
We are not a restaurant nor a cooking school. With us, you can and do “not learn anything.” Maybe you'll discover interesting spices and be surprised by new smells and aromas.
