  • How do I recognize good meat?
  • Which pan do I use for what?
  • When is the fried food ready?
  • What temperature should my meat be at before it goes into the pan?

How does the cooking class work?

As a welcome, there is a glass of prosecco for everyone. The cooking class lasts around 4 hours, during which you prepare a 3-course meal together. Chops, steaks and schnitzel are fried with delicious sauces. After cooking, we will eat together.
