With the help of mindfulness, you will learn to turn off your head cinema when you want and find out how relaxing the small mindfulness islands are.
Don't worry: it's not that difficult!
And the best part: you don't have to find extra time every day (your time is already tight, isn't it?).
With the help of simple mindfulness training and meditations, you will learn to interrupt the thought cycle, stop exhausting, often unnecessary thoughts, and thus have all your concentration and energy available for the things that are really important.
Very quickly, you will feel how relaxing and calming it has on the entire body to have your mind clear.
Through mindfulness, you learn to uncover your personal stressors and reinforcers, to defuse them and to face them with more serenity. Find out how quickly and easily you can regain inner peace.

You specifically prevent stress disorders such as tension headaches, sleep disorders and burnout symptoms and strengthen your resilience (inner resilience).
But above all: your life will be easier and more fun!
I know what I'm talking about: more than 15 years of regular mindfulness techniques have changed my life so positively that I don't want to miss them anymore. It is a gift to be able to pass on this knowledge to yourself.
I'll show you simple mindfulness techniques that allow you to simply do what you do in your everyday life a little bit differently, relax in between and have less stress — without spending any additional time.

How does this activity work?
In 8 weeks, I will introduce you step by step to the wonderful topic of mindfulness.

- Stress response and your options for influencing
- Develop composure with difficult thoughts
- Be patient with yourself and others

- We give the “inner bastard” treats so that you can stay tuned between course dates and beyond.
- Each lesson is like a short relaxing break.
Each lesson has a focus topic, which we will address first theoretically, then in exchange and in practice. There is enough room for individual topics and questions (i.e. as part of individual coaching, you can ask me separately; -)

For anyone between 25 and 70 years of age who want to learn how to deal with stress more calmly.
No previous experience required.
