What is the process?
- The courses last around 3 hours and always take place before regular opening time (starting around 17:00) to guarantee you the exclusivity of the bar and bartender
- At 20:00 we will then open the bar for all our guests
- In our laboratory above the bar, we will show and explain to you the various techniques we use to make the exceptional ingredients of our cocktails
- From fermentation, dehydrating, syrup production to the use of an ultrasonic device, preparation includes many other interesting aspects
- But the most important thing is, of course, the fun that should be the focus of the entire course!
