About this experience
Enjoy a glass of Prosecco as you craft your own premium scented candle in this immersive workshop at the Galleria Lucia Atelier, located in a historic Berlin artist building. This is a real working candle studio, not a showroom - surrounded by hundreds of handmade candles, you'll experience the magic of small-scale candle making.
During the workshop, you'll design your candle completely from scratch:
- Choose your jar color, painted with sustainable, dishwasher-safe paints.
- Pick your wax color and finish for a truly custom effect.
- Select your favorite premium fragrance oils.
- Optionally decorate your candle with natural crystals, each carrying its own meaning, to add a personal and intentional touch.
- Create your custom label and name your candle - a one-of-a-kind piece to take home.
All candles are made with natural soy wax and cotton wicks, emphasizing sustainability and quality. While you create, you'll also receive expert guidance on how to care for your candles, make them burn cleaner and longer, and how to choose sustainable candles in the future.

How does this experience take place?
Welcome & Introduction
We begin the workshop with a warm welcome and a glass of Prosecco. You'll get a short introduction to the candle-making process and an overview of the materials we will use.
Design Your Candle
Next, you'll start designing your own candle. Choose the color of your candle jar, explore different fragrance oils, and select wax pigments and decorative finishes to create a candle that reflects your personal style.
Mixing & Pouring
Once your design is ready, we begin the candle-making process. You will mix the fragrance and colors into natural soy wax and pour your own scented candle under guided instruction.
Candle Care & Sustainability Tips
While the candles are setting, you'll learn helpful tips on how to care for your candles so they burn longer and more beautifully. We will also talk about how to choose more sustainable and non-toxic candles in the future.
Final Touches
To finish your candle, you can add optional decorative crystals and create your own personalized label. Give your candle a name and make it truly one of a kind.
Wrap-Up
At the end of the workshop, there will be time for photos, questions, and conversation before you take home your fully personalized scented candle in premium gift packaging.
