I booked this workshop on a whim while visiting Berlin and it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. The atmosphere was relaxed, there was no pressure to be artistic, and it was so satisfying watching simple candles turn into colourful little works of art.
What I loved most was that everyone created something completely different. The workshop gives you plenty of room to experiment and be creative, whether you have experience with crafts or not. It felt much more personal and authentic than I expected, and I left with a box full of candles that I’m genuinely proud of.
I’ll definitely be lighting these candles at home and remembering the experience. ❤️

I’ve done several creative workshops before, but this was by far my favorite!! 😍 Decorating 10 candles gives you plenty of room to experiment with colors and designs. Lucia is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and the atelier feels like stepping into a real artist’s studio. I left with candles I’m genuinely proud to display at home. I would book again in a heartbeat!

The workshop was simply perfect, from the atmosphere to tips and tricks on the subject of candles and how to make candles yourself. Everything was explained clearly and small conversations in between gave the whole thing a personal touch. The candles also looked sooo great at the end. The workshop is 100% recommended!! Get to know Galleria Lucia
Galleria Lucia was born from the appreciation of the human form. Craving a candle that is both beautiful and functional, Lucia designed her own range of sustainable, sculptural candles that mimic the human body, whatever size, shape or colour they may be. From the original sculptural candles the atelier grew and grew into a complete wax haven - with tapered candles, scented candles and wax melts to fill any room with a warm and comforting atmosphere.
Lucia is hosting candle making workshops for 8-10 people at a time where creativity can be unleashed, shared and cherished.
Events can be booked for individuals or groups of up to 10 at a time.
