How long does bread dough have to rise and what it should look like after the perfect baking time. After the course, you know how to fold or work the dough or how to grind rolls. Questions about how and when you can cut the bread and whether the dough goes in the cold or hot oven are also answered. There is delicious bread to try and plenty of time to eliminate all other questions.
