About this class

Dive into the world of coffee and learn everything about the perfect espresso preparation. After you've learned exciting things about the history and cultivation of coffee, it's time for the practical part. You'll learn how to make the perfect espresso and get a brief digression into latte art techniques. All this in a perfectly equipped training room with high-quality portafilter machines. A tour of our own roastery completes the all-round package. In our barista course in Hamburg, you will become a coffee professional.

I recently took part in the Barista Basic course and was absolutely impressed! The atmosphere was super pleasant and relaxed, so you felt comfortable right from the start. You could ask questions at any time and Cüneyt explained everything very clearly and patiently. You've noticed correctly that Cüneyt is passionate about it and does the whole thing with heart. The course was not only fun but I also really learned a lot. Highly recommended!

I took the basic barista course with my wife today and I'm really impressed. The course was super structured, practical and at the same time explained in an understandable way. You get a very good insight into the topic of coffee and, in particular, into working with a portafilter machine. Especially if you are considering investing several thousand euros in machines and accessories, such a course is extremely valuable: You finally understand the most important adjustments (degree of grinding, extraction, milk foaming, etc.) and can assess much better what you really need. Cüneyt communicates the whole thing calmly, competently and with a lot of experience. Lots of practical exercises, good tips from reality and an open atmosphere in which you can ask all your questions. A clear 5 stars and I would do the course again anytime.

I attended the barista course for beginners and my expectations were even exceeded: We were a very small group (although we were told that the courses generally take place with a maximum of 5 participants), which enabled a super lively, informal exchange and allowed every participant to ask questions at any time. Even in the practical part, no one was neglected. The theory part was super interesting and explained clearly and comprehensibly and Cüneyt also responded to inquiries at any time. In general, I had the feeling that not just a standard program was being unwound here, but that Cüneyt was super flexible in picking up each and every one of us from where he or she was standing. The atmosphere was also super pleasant and, in addition to all the exciting theoretical input and practical experience, I also found the short roasting tour super interesting. In short: I am incredibly happy to have opted for this barista course and, thanks to its flexibility, I can only highly recommend it to coffee soaks who want to get a first glimpse as well as advanced people who want to expand and deepen their knowledge.

My girlfriend gave me the barista course for my birthday. After taking the course this week, we both loved it. Cüneyt is totally relaxed and friendly. He responded very well to our requests/ideas and the location was excellent. In the end, he recommended a great portafilter machine to us in response to our request. I'd love to go back!
