About this class
Dive into the world of French pastry and learn the art of classic cream pastry step by step. In this baking class, you will perfect how to make and properly bake choux pastry for éclairs and profiteroles. You prepare aromatic French creams and a fine chocolate cream, create fruity purees and various glazes. Then fill, glaze and decorate your baked goods artfully — a treat for all senses and a highlight for every baking fan!
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome and introduction to course content
- Preparation of choux pastry, correct baking for stable dough
- Preparation of French cream and chocolate cream
- Cooking a homemade fruit puree
- Production and finishing of various glazes
- Professional filling & glazing of baked goods
- Creative decoration of the Éclairs — including spraying techniques
- Packaging and presentation of your delicacies
