What you’ll do in the class
We start with a delicious aperitif and discuss the basics of the course.
In a kind of presentation, I will explain, among other things, the most important basic concepts about Ayurvedic cooking, such as doshas, the meaning of the elements, effects and use of a wide variety of spices.
Then we briefly go through all the recipes and can address special features such as incompatibilities/allergies or the like one last time, and plan how we will take them into account. You can then divide yourself into groups and spread out to the prepared work tables and shopping carts.
We always cook a lot of dishes that you can make yourself, of course with a little help and guidance from me... But everyone always gets everything, as I always put everyone together for the most important things.
We cook in two rounds: After the first round, we eat the starter, then we finish the remaining dishes and then eat them together as a buffet.
The whole thing is of course accompanied by relaxed music and delicious drinks.
