Whether it's nougat, marzipan or ganache — this course offers everything a chocolate heart could possibly desire. Perfect for anyone who wants to delve deeper into the art of making chocolates!
Please bring the following to the course:
- A small midday snack — if you want
- 1 small towel
- 2 tea towels
- Apron or work coat or clothing that may get dirty
- If you have long hair, please use a headband
- Flat boxes to transport the chocolates
- On particularly warm days, possibly cold packs
- Jacket due to low room temperature
