Hi, I'm Rahwa and an avowed Meat Lover. Just because of my last job at a premium grill company and my passion for high-quality meat, good steaks were the order of the day. But I rarely ate comparably good sausages. There were also worrying headlines and numerous sausage scandals. So in 2018 I thought it had to be better and founded Wurst & Pelle.
In addition to the sausage seminars in Düsseldorf, I developed the first sausage kit for private households. With selected accessories and new recipe ideas, this makes everything you need for perfect sausage production available. Completely individually and according to personal taste — with a clear conscience and full control!
