The workshop is wonderful. We had people who had been taken lessons for a while as well as absolute beginners. Everyone felt welcomed and challenged at the same time. It is just as helpful to observe other people, as to do the exercises yourselve. It helps to recognize one mistake and see where one can still improve. The atmosphere was really easy going welcoming for everyone to just try stuff out and discover their own voices. Time flew by that day, without missing anything from the outside world.

I had the pleasure of attending a one-day singing course with Marieke, and it was an amazing experience! Marieke has such a wonderful, motivating energy that instantly puts you at ease. Her technique is effective and also easy to follow, and I could feel the improvement as the day went on. By the end of the course, I left feeling much more confident in my singing. I can absolutely recommend the workshop! The day was a lot of fun and I learned a lot. You really need zero previous knowledge/experience. Marieke is a great teacher. She is sensitive and picks everyone up from where he/she is. It creates a super pleasant atmosphere in which you can open up. The workshop and the exercises in the small group make me feel much more confident with my own voice. A really nice experience. I'm looking forward to more:)

Unbelievable what you can get out of your voice under Marieke's guidance! Great, even if you're already taking singing lessons to dive deeper into certain methods. The workshop was totally entertaining - almost over too quickly!

Get to know Voice! Vocal Studio

After studying at the MUK Private University of the City of Vienna (diploma for solo singers and diploma for singing teachers), I studied for a total of more than 15 years with renowned bel canto teachers Laura Salti, Wally Salio and Stefano Anselmi (including 8 years locally in Italy). As a result, I have acquired profound knowledge about the liberation of the voice and its anchoring in the body.

As a singer, I have participated in opera productions and given many concerts, including in Germany, Italy, Austria, Scandinavia and Poland. I continue to work as a professionally active singer - but I also want to share my knowledge.

I love showing my students their own vocal options and I am always happy to see what vocal liberation can do.

I teach beginners as well as professionals. The lessons are based on classical singing techniques, but are not limited to classical singing, but I am open to the students' repertoire requests.

The lessons are not stuck, but I always try to pick up the students where they are right now.
