My name is Kristina Baklin. I am a personal trainer, nutritionist and parent-child trainer. I attach great importance to a qualitative way of working.

It is important to me that the goals set are not only achieved, but also maintained in the long term.

During my professional career, I have already gained numerous positive experiences in the field of health, both with small children and with seniors.

For me, movement is a fascination! It is amazing to see how people move in their lives.

As babies, we try out our first movements and keep trying to improve. As adolescents and adults, we test our limits as to how much and what our bodies can do. In old age, however, the focus is more on maintaining our body and the musculoskeletal system.

I want to help you keep your body healthy in the long term through sport and diet. I want to show you the way to get rid of your complaints and get you to where you want to go!
