We went to tequila and mezcal tasting today... It was a small and super informative trip to Mexico. The location was really cozy and Marc really impressed us for the two spirits. We will definitely be back again. Whether it's rum, whiskey or gin... You do your job (rather vocation) with sooo much heart... Please keep it up and inspire many other spirit lovers. It was a very great event and a tasting session. Simple but cozy atmosphere all alone for the 18-person group. 5 types of gin and three types of tonic were presented in a very informative way and framed with legends and legends. Welcome and follow-up drinks were also included and were chosen very appropriately.

Last year gin tasting, this year rum tasting. What makes the tasting so special is not the variety of spirits, but the associated stories. The origin is at least as exciting as the tastes and smells themselves. On both dates, the participants were open to an exchange, even before the first drinks 😉 Mark and Martin are still available for a little chat after the appointment. The locations like to change, so you have to keep an eye on your emails. I've been to Restaurant Klinker twice now. A great location with perfect public transport connections. There are enough good food options all around to get your head straight again - or you just drive on into town and check out the various spirits on stage, talk shop and round off the evening. I will definitely be back, cocktail classes are also offered 😅

We stayed with Marc (the host) with a small group, 5 people. Everyone was able to make 4 cocktails once and it was a super relaxed atmosphere. As beginners in the field, he was able to introduce us to the topic very well, so that we were able to learn a lot from the course.

We had booked a gin tasting and we really enjoyed it. We were not only served delicious drinks and gins, but bartender Marc gave us a great tour of the tasting. The tasting was very informative and after each sip there was always a bit more information or funny anecdotes about the history of gin. It was a very fun and informative afternoon. I would love to come back again.

We went to the gin tasting as part of our JGA and we really enjoyed it. Marc is a great host who can answer all questions about gin and you can tell his passion for it. For all gin fans, those who still want to become one and those who have never come into contact with it, I can only warmly recommend the gin tasting! (“The cheesecake made by a real grandma” is something you must try too!) :)

I really want to give 10 stars, so please double every star!!! Dear Marc, it was great. I never dared to try gin so much because of the tonic water and I have no idea and just too much to “try it out”, but I was already interested in it. Your selection was great for discovering the differences and features. You explained it all so suuuper, professionally, entertaining, simply likeable. At 5:15 PM I happened to look at the clock and was completely surprised how quickly the time had passed. We could have listened to or watched you forever. Not so many (especially me) can impart knowledge in an entertaining way. As soon as possible, we'll be at the door in Hamburg ;-) I want to see that live. Kind regards, Tini
