I help people improve their mental and physical health. My focus is on individual, holistic solutions for stress overload, burnout and hormonal imbalances such as an irregular cycle or (peri) menopause.
You may be wondering what hormonal imbalances have to do with burnout? Hormonal imbalances and burnout are closely linked, as the hormonal and nervous systems work together. Unresolved stress is often a cause of both problems. We look at your lifestyle and work on the causes, not just the symptoms. I use modern coaching methods and traditional knowledge from yoga and Ayurveda.
After more than 22 years in the creative industry and a burnout 15 years ago, I learned how to deal with the pressure of time and performance. Numerous training and continuing education courses in coaching, mental health, yoga, meditation and Ayurveda have helped me develop effective methods. My experience with a missed period of many years has also taught me how important it is to balance the hormonal and nervous systems.
With The Selfagency, I combine my knowledge as a manager, coach and trainer as well as my experience as head of the Berlin self-help group for burnout sufferers of the Federal Association for Burnout and Depression e.V., to offer you effective strategies for self-help.
