Hi:) I'm Julia, a passionate chocoholica, love the scent of cocoa and I'm happiest of all when I can stir the cocoa mass with a spoon.
When I was in a deep, existential crisis many years ago, I found a love for cocoa and chocolate. I was looking for something that would make me and others happy and had virtually no choice but to make chocolate.
And because I found the process of making chocolate so liberating, so healing and it actually made me very happy, I created my seminars to share all my knowledge about it.
I dived more and more into the wonderful world of cocoa and chocolate, learned how delicious chocolate really can taste.
