Pigi Psimenou: Greek baking school in Berlin-Kreuzberg

Wonderful experience in the small group at the beautiful home. Pigi created a great atmosphere, taught us a lot and we truly enjoyed our evening. The Meals We Cooked Turned Out Delicious!

It was an all-round successful evening. We learned a lot of tips and tricks, cooked according to original Greek recipes and drank delicious Greek mountain tea/red wine. The hostess has a fantastically large kitchen where it is very easy to cook with lots of people. The meal together was convivial and delicious, we just cooked far too much so that we went home more than full and satisfied. We would book it again and again. Thanks!!! 😊

It was a lot of fun and we learned a lot about Greek cuisine

We had a great time at Pigi's place. She prepared everything very carefully and gave us a great guide through the afternoon with Stella. With seven participants, it was a (probably unusually large but) very pleasant round, in which we prepared everything together. We got to know a few new dishes and in the end we would have liked to eat more of them, but were simply too full. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic afternoon and DELICIOUS Greek food!! We visit cooking classes fairly often and often it's fun and nice food, but you won't actually cook it at home. It was different here: every single dish we baked and made together were tremendously delicious AND easy enough to make at home. So the experience really enriched our lives. The atmosphere was also so comfortable, Pigi was very kind and patient (and, by the way, has great taste in music that accompanies the cooking in the background). And did I mention that the food was DELICIOUS?

Pigi is a warm-hearted woman, very personable :-). We had such a lovely afternoon trying out great Greek recipes with lots of fun and of course there was a lot of laughter. We wish Pigi all the best.. Kind regards Kathrin, Rene, Antje and Lutz :-)

A wonderful evening with a great host with fantastic food. Authentic, warm and traditional

We took part in a Christmas cooking class with our 13 colleagues. Everyone loved it, we had fun with each other and also with our charming host. The spacious old Berlin apartment provides a festive setting. The food was delicious and made with wonderfully fresh ingredients. And we learned how to make a thin dough with a stick.

Pigi was super warm and friendly. We really enjoyed the slow process of cooking with her and chatting about different things like life in Greece and Berlin. We were so full after the meal we could barely walk afterwards. It was wonderful!

The Greek baking class was an absolute highlight! The atmosphere was really cozy and you felt welcome right from the start. Our host not only guided us through the recipes, but with her warm manner she made us feel at home with friends. The dishes were simply fantastic — I especially loved the sesame rings and the stuffed grape leaves! A perfect afternoon that tasted like a piece of Greece.

Hello, Mrs. Psimenou was a wonderful host and very attentive and accommodating. Our team felt they were in good hands with her and the food was delicious, varied and of organic quality. I highly recommend this course! Pigi is a very warm person who welcomed me into her beautiful kitchen and lovingly shared her family recipes. We made a veritable feast over the course of several hours, and then had a lovely sit-down meal to taste everything we made. This was a class like no other and I'll definitely repeat it in the future.

So much more than a baking course! Pigi welcomed us to her beautiful home. We made delicious olive bread, zucchini pie, loukoumades, tzatziki, delicious roasted eggplant salad and more together. At the end, we sat together at a festive table and had a great dinner with all the delicacies. I'll definitely be back, if only because of the magical atmosphere:)
