Get to know NaPizza Napoletana
Over a decade ago, four siblings set out in Germany in search of a pizza that lived up to their sense of home in Naples. Disappointed with the results, they decided to create their own Neapolitan pizza. With tireless passion and dedication, they finally succeeded in developing a recipe that perfectly captured the taste of their homeland.
At first, the pizza was only baked privately for friends, but the enthusiasm was so great that they decided to build an ape with a gas stone oven. From one street food event to the next, their following grew steadily, and they received bookings for celebrations such as birthdays and weddings, as well as catering requests. More and more people asked for a fixed place where they could regularly enjoy the unique pizza, and that's how the idea of a pizza wine bar came up.
On March 15, 2019, the first “NaPizza Napoletana” restaurant was finally opened in Fürth. Fans of Neapolitan pizza were impressed by the quality, the humanity of the team and the family atmosphere of the restaurant. The success continued to grow, and in November 2021, “NaPizza Napoletana” proudly opened a branch in Nuremberg.
Over the years, they held the first “NaPizza Workshops”, where customers could make the pizza dough themselves and experience NaPizza's unique pizzas up close. In 2022, they had an innovative idea: The pizza should be shock-frozen in high-quality order to give customers the opportunity to enjoy the delicious product in their own oven at any time. Soon after, there were also retailers who were infected by the enthusiasm of their customers and also sold the product.
The story of “NaPizza Napoletana” is characterized by the search for perfection, the love of food and the joy of sharing their culinary homeland with others. Through quality, direct contact with customers and a familiar atmosphere, they have managed to gain a loyal fan base and spread the magic of Neapolitan pizza far beyond Fürth and Nuremberg.
