The Landgasthof zum Stern in Poppenhausen/Wasserkuppe is an original Rhöner country inn with long historical roots. Its location in the Hessian Rhön is incomparable. As a tradition, Rhön hospitality is maintained here in an informal and always warm manner. Since 1832, the country inn has been run by the Gensler family. The Jahn family is now pleased to continue the star, also known as “Lepse”, as a traditional inn.
