If you choose an event at the Eisenherz cooking school on Lake Ammersee, that is the start of a culinary journey...
... because we take you, your guests and your team to the land of delicacies, awaken all senses (touch, taste, smell) and tell you about the dark aromas of vanilla, the sweetness of wild berries, valuable salt and old balsamic vinegar. Let yourself be tempted by braised artichokes, flavored tomatoes, the sunny velvety of Greek olive oil, the spicy aroma of Grana Padano, fresh fish, tender meat, homemade pasta and aromatic herbs.
We have been cooking with passion and passion in our cooking school for almost 20 years and were among the largest cooking schools in Germany for many, many years until 2020. Of course, we completely refrain from using flavor enhancers, artificial flavors and spice blends. We attach great importance to freshness and, if possible, regional products! This guarantees you and us the best quality and freshness of the food that we receive from our suppliers every day.
For events and celebrations, we will of course set the 4-course menus in advance in consultation with you. Almost anything is possible thematically, whether regional, national or international, let's go on a culinary journey together.
