Get to know Katana Sushi
The Katana surprises its guests with creative California-style rolls and classic sushi specialties. In a prominent location in Hamburg, visitors to Katana will find a cozy restaurant that explains rice rolls as an art. Tuna, salmon and prawns — all ingredients for the sushi in Katana are of first-class quality and are freshly processed. This guarantees maximum enjoyment with every visit. Thanks to the extensive selection, you can also discover the variety of small specialities in the restaurant on Großneumarkt. In fact, every single creation has a very individual aromatic note. All dishes are also suitable for takeaway. You can choose between the classic Japanese variants of Maki, Nigiri, Sashimi and Gunkan, but the inside-out rolls shouldn't be neglected either. By the way, these were invented in the USA and add some sophisticated creations to the already large selection. If you don't know them yet, you should definitely try them!
Japanese soups, including miso soup, or salads, such as goma wakame with seaweed, complete the house's offer. The food in Katana Sushi is always freshly prepared. In addition, owner Thanh Tuan Tran provides customers with a catering service. Interested amateur chefs can also learn the basics of creatively making sushi in a local course, which is offered by the host when at least four people ask for it.
