Get to know Das Atelier im Hof
I am Emilia from “das Atelier im Hof” - concept studio and rental location. My mission is to connect people through cooking together and to create creative, delightful moments. My experience as an event manager in an agile environment has shown me how valuable clear methods are. The Kanban method in particular has proven effective for agile cooking because it makes structures visible and allows teamwork to be experienced. It's not just the pleasure and fun of cooking that counts. For teams, these tailor-made culinary events mean promoting collaboration, communication and creativity.
The premises are located in a historic building complex, a former dance hall, which was once divided into several studios. An area full of creative people. My concept studio is located in one of the huge lofts, which is still used as a photo studio. It has a large open kitchen and enough space to sit comfortably at a large table, surrounded by a creative atmosphere.
My courses are characterized by interactive, practical methods in which all team members are actively involved. Agile cooking stands for team spirit and enjoyment — we cook, try and create together.
Private events are possible, but take place in a more quiet, culinary-inspired setting — without a party character. Each event is individual, enjoyable and designed to create unforgettable moments together.
