Get to know Chocolia
I would like to briefly introduce myself, I am Julia Moser, a little over 30 years old and I come from Oberberg in North Rhine-Westphalia. When I began my training as a pastry chef around 20 years ago, I didn't know yet where my journey would take me. My motivation from back then, great curiosity for a wide variety of techniques and desserts as well as my love for creative crafts, has remained unchanged to this day. During my trip, I was able to gain experience in renowned confectioneries in Germany as well as in South America and constantly develop myself.
I have been a master confectioner for 15 years now and around that time my fascination for chocolate has also been growing. When the chocolate sommelier training course was launched in 2017, it quickly became clear to me that I wanted to be one of the world's first certified ambassadors for cocoa fruit products; I even became the best in the exam!
