bodega Lima is a culinary concept that has its roots in Peruvian cuisine. We create culinary spaces that present various themes of Peruvian cuisine. We would like to offer you a culinary space in the middle of the Karoviertel - Hamburg, where passion, cuisine and taste come together. Our mission is to provide new flavors, innovative cooking content and an unforgettable culinary experience in Hamburg. We organize high-level cooking classes. Peruvian cuisine with unique recipes that we will cook together. Performed by Monica Orjeda or friendly chefs dedicated to Peruvian cuisine.

Here you will not only learn the basics of Peruvian cuisine such as preparing ceviche or great “aderezos”, but you will also be introduced to all tips, techniques, recipes and secrets of Peruvian cuisine.

• 4 to 6 course meals featuring various techniques and traditions.
• In small groups of 5 to a maximum of 15 people (minimum participants 5 PAX).
