I'm Alessandro Metafune, I've lived in Germany since 1998 and love to inspire the taste buds of my guests and course participants. My focus is always on excellent service in coffee and cocktail catering. I love my profession with passion and know how to inspire my course participants with my barista courses in Düsseldorf.
My experience as a barista and bartender
I'm a certified barista and bartender. As a professional bartender, I won the national championship and also took part in the German Championships. I now focus my professional career on the art of coffee and am a popular studio guest on TV. At Coffee Academy, I train baristas in my own training facility. I am happy to share my passion with you too.

At Bar-ista, you can look forward to a workshop in an authentic atmosphere. There is plenty of space and the latest equipment in the Coffee Academy. You will get to know and operate different coffee machines. We grind the coffee with a high-quality coffee grinder. Of course, I'll also show you how to clean and care for the barista tools.
