Class description

The retreat is based on the flower of life philosophy and the “time for everything” planner. The philosophy helps to balance all important areas of life. Just as a flower needs light, water and good soil to grow, we also need a balance of work, relationships and self-care to thrive. The “flower of life” approach creates a harmonious atmosphere in which you gain new perspectives and better understand your values.

With interactive exercises and dialogues, we promote personal growth and positive connections. It is not only about learning new things, but also reflecting and exchanging ideas in an inspiring environment.

Surrounded by fresh air and green forests, we create a harmonious atmosphere that invites you to calm your mind and rediscover yourself. This retreat not only offers you a break from everyday life, but also space for mindfulness, self-reflection and personal development in nature.
