What you’ll do in the class

We start the event with a sparkling non-alcoholic aperitif and present you with the plan for the workshop.
Then it's off to the mat - you can get active in an 80-minute yoga session from @urbanflowffm! (The session is suitable for all yoga levels.)
To take a deep breath, there is a 10-minute break, the appropriate non-alcoholic drink and a small, sweet snack.
Then it gets creative: In 80 minutes, you have the opportunity to paint your masterpiece with acrylic paints or watercolor (depending on the date)
Finally, you can present your masterpiece to the group and explain your story about it.
