Part 1: Yoga — Breathe, Feel, Open
In the first part, Caro consciously harmonizes your body and breath with a 75-minute Vinyasa yoga class. Through powerful flows and targeted pranayama techniques (breathing exercises), we open the breathing space, strengthen the core of the body and direct energy into the throat and heart space. In this way, we prepare body and voice and create the perfect basis for the next part of the workshop.
Part 2: Choir — Sing yourself freely
In the second part, Sophie takes you into the world of singing. This is not about perfection, but about the fun of singing together. In a relaxed atmosphere, we learn two pop songs together — no previous knowledge required. You come, you sing and pick up a small piece of singing technique at the end. The focus is entirely on the moment and the joy of singing.

Yoga and singing complement each other perfectly: While yoga opens the body and deepens our breath, singing brings the energy out and allows us to connect with others. Both practices promote mindfulness, presence, and a strong sense of connectedness — with ourselves and with others. In this workshop, you will find a wonderful balance of inner peace and creative expressiveness.
