Give your old clothes a stylish upgrade—no sewing machine needed! In this creative upcycling workshop, you'll transform your favorite garments using fabric paint, iron-on patches, studs, and more. Whether it’s a denim jacket, a tote bag, or a tee, you’ll walk away with unique, wearable art. Ideal for private groups and team events in Berlin!

The studio and the teacher:
Josefina Studio is run by a Uruguayan fashion designer who offers a variety of fashion services, including sewing and upcycling classes, custom clothing, upcycling and costume design, consultations and more. The studio's mission is to provide personalized and unique pieces as well as experiences that go beyond materialism. Through upcycling classes, workshops and one-on-one consultations, Josefina aims to show the potential of using second-hand or used materials and encourage customers to pursue their own creativity and style and take a circular approach to consumption.
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome and introduction to upcycling techniques
- Demo of no-sew customization tools and methods
- Hands-on session with your own clothing items
- Use of fabric paints, patches, glue, rivets, eyelets & chains
- Individual support and creative guidance
- Final presentation and group photo opportunity
