What you’ll do in the class
- Reception with an amuse gueule and a glass of prosecco
- Preparation of the following menu:
Winter menu with duck and beef tenderloin
crunchy field salad with brown bread croutons,
Dijon mustard dressing and fried
duck breast with cherry sauce
