But that is only half of the pleasure! We serve you a perfectly coordinated cheese specialty with each of these wines. In doing so, we rely exclusively on high-quality, artisanal cheeses that impress with their exceptional quality and exciting variety. Every bite and every sip will show you how wine and cheese complement each other and create a harmonious taste experience.
Our goal is not only to introduce you to the variety of flavors, but also to share the knowledge behind these products. Our experienced sommeliers will tell you everything about the special features of natural wines: What makes them so unique? Why do winemakers deliberately refrain from using chemical additives? How does natural production influence taste? The cheeses will also inspire you due to their origin, production and harmonious pairing with the wines.
