What you’ll do in the class
After a warm welcome with the first glass, we start with a short introduction to the theme of the evening. Each appointment has a different focus. After that, it's almost time to work:
- Joint tasting of 6 wines in three rounds
- Brief inputs from the expert on the origin, production and character of the wines
- Comparative questions, open discussions and small food pairings
- Time to enjoy, discuss and share
After the wine tasting, there is time to socialize, favorite wines are replenished and the evening comes to a relaxed end.
