What is included in the class?
Whisky Tasting includes all tasted whiskeys. We will also expertly guide you through the evening and explain the origin, production, style and aroma of the individual whiskies.
It also includes tap water throughout the tasting, as well as bread and candied olives to neutralize between samples.
You will experience a guided tasting session in a relaxed bar atmosphere, professional input, space for questions and a delightful evening in the PinTa cocktail bar.

What you’ll do in the class
At the whisky tasting in the PinTa cocktail bar, you arrive relaxed, take a seat and are accompanied by our team through the evening. At the beginning, we will briefly explain what is important when tasting whiskey: glass, nose, palate, texture, aftertaste and the most important aromas.
We will then try several selected whiskies together. We talk about origin, raw materials, production, barrel aging, style and the differences between different types of whiskey. Depending on the date, the focus may vary, for example single malt, whiskey regions, modern whiskey styles, international whiskies or special barrel ages.
The tasting is deliberately kept casual. It is not about dry theory, but about enjoyment, exchange and a better understanding of whiskey. You can ask questions, join the discussion, compare and get to know your own taste better.
During the tasting, water, bread and candied olives are ready to neutralize.
In the end, you not only go home with new impressions, but also with more certainty about which whiskey style you personally like.
