What you’ll do in the class

At the multiplication tables cocktail course in the PinTa cocktail bar, you will arrive relaxed and will be greeted with a small welcome drink. Our team will then guide you step by step through the most important basics of classic bar culture.

Together, we'll prepare five classic cocktails: Martini, Negroni, Old Fashioned, Daiquiri and Manhattan. Each drink stands for its own basic principle. Martini is about precision, temperature, vermouth, and dilution. With Negroni, you get to know balance through bitterness and sweetness. The Old Fashioned shows you the original cocktail formula of spirit, sugar, bitters and water. Daiquiri explains the sour principle of spirit, acidity and sweetness. The Manhattan combines spirit, vermouth and bitters to create an elegant stirred classic.

The course is practical, understandable and enjoyable. You'll learn when to stir or shake a drink, what role ice plays, how dilution affects taste, and why balance is more important than complicated ingredients. Each drink is explained, prepared and tasted together.

Water and popcorn will be available during the course. In the end, you've learned five classics, understood key bar techniques and developed a feeling for how good cocktails are structured.
