At the Christmas cooking event “Pasta e Basta! “In Berlin, you will dive into the world of Italian cuisine — in the middle of the stylish industrial setting of FABRIK 23. In small groups, you will prepare five delicious courses together with other participants: from fresh tagliatelle to creamy truffle sauce and warm chocolate cake. The atmospheric atmosphere, Italian classics, selected drinks and the huge table for up to 42 people make for an unforgettable experience — perfect for team events or private Christmas parties.
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome with Melograno di Natale (prosecco, pomegranate, rosemary, orange) or non-alcoholic with tonic water infused per guest
- Division into groups — each group cooks at a “station”
- Preparation of 3 Christmas Italian courses:
- Tagliatelle (Station 1)
- Involtini di Melanzane/Kürbistaler (Station 2)
- Truffle sauce with truffles from Norcia (Stazione 3)
- Apulian-style sugo/Puttanesca (Stazione 4)
- Warm chocolate cake with liquid core or cannoli (Stazione 5)
- Eating together at the 11 m long table
- Accompanying drinks such as beer, wine, espresso
- Duration: approx. 4 hours
