At the cooking event “Pasta e Basta! “In Berlin, you will dive into the world of Italian cuisine — in the middle of the stylish industrial setting of FABRIK 23. In small groups, you will prepare five delicious courses together with other participants: from fresh tagliatelle to creamy truffle sauce to ricotta chocolate cannoli. The atmospheric atmosphere, Italian classics, selected drinks and the huge table for up to 39 people make for an unforgettable experience — perfect for team events or private parties.
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome with limoncello on ice or alcohol-free with tonic water infused per guest
- Division into groups — each group cooks at a “station”
- Preparation of 4 Italian courses:
- Tagliatelle (Station 1)
- Involtini di Melanzane (Station 2)
- Truffle sauce with truffles from Norcia (Stazione 3)
- Puttanesca (Station 4)
- Cannoli (Station 5)
- Eating together at the 11 m long table
- Accompanying drinks such as wine, espresso
- Duration: approx. 4 hours
