About this class
In this cooking class, we'll give you lots of ideas for a vegan Easter menu. Spring and Easter are perfect for vegan cuisine — because nature is now showing off its most delicious side with crunchy asparagus, tender spinach and aromatic wild garlic. All of this is freshly available and comes with delicious aromas.
Together, we'll whip up a hearty quiche with green asparagus and spring onions, make bright green tagliatelle ourselves and discover a sophisticated vegan version of the classic egg salad. At the sweet end, we treat ourselves to a creamy chocolate mousse made from silk tofu. The course is rounded off with lots of tips for serving in style: Fresh spring herbs and edible flowers turn every dish into a real eye-catcher — almost too nice to eat!
Please bring your own drinks, cooking apron, storage boxes for any leftovers
