What you’ll do in the class

After an initial introduction, we prepare various Ayurvedic dishes suitable for everyday use and then eat together in a relaxed atmosphere. When eating together during the vegan cooking class, there is still enough time for questions about Ayurveda.

  • At the beginning, you will receive an introduction to the world of Ayurveda.
  • After that, you start and start cooking your delicious Ayurvedic menu with professional instructions.

All in all, the course was very good, took place in a very nice room with a well-equipped kitchen. Tina is super friendly and explained the Ayurveda principle to us briefly and then we cooked and tasted delicious dishes together. The background to Ayurveda and cooking techniques could have been further developed for my taste, but as a beginner course, the course is ideal for getting to know the kitchen.
