In this cooking class, we cook a delicious Ayurvedic vegan menu that satiates without being heavy on the stomach. Simple tips on how to get through without feeling full, with the support of basic Ayurvedic principles.
How does this activity work?
After an initial introduction, we prepare various Ayurvedic dishes suitable for everyday use and then eat together in a relaxed atmosphere. When eating together during the vegan cooking class, there is still enough time for questions about Ayurveda.
- At the beginning, you will receive an introduction to the world of Ayurveda.
- After that, you start and start cooking your delicious Ayurvedic menu with professional instructions.
