What can you look forward to at the vegan cooking class in Berlin: 3-course Christmas menu?

Christmas is one of the festivals when the festive meal usually features animal dishes on the holiday table. These are associated with a lot of nostalgia, childhood memories, traditions and, of course, habits.

A festive meal is so much more than a traditional roast. It's actually about getting together and spending precious time together. And that also works wonderfully with winter and vegan delicacies.

And since, as I said, this is a lot about beloved traditions, this cooking class is intended to take up individual traditional elements, but everything with plant-based ingredients. Sounds difficult to implement? I'll show you that it's very simple and yet festive. And above all, it tastes delicious.

 

Here is our vegan 3-course Christmas menu:

  • Winter pumpkin soup with roasted almonds
  • Creamy mushroom ragout with napkin dumplings and crispy oyster mushrooms
  • Wild herb salad with pickled red cabbage and cranberries
  • Dark chocolate cream with cinnamon cherries and white chocolate cream

How does this activity work?

I am really looking forward to welcoming you to my cooking class. You'll be working as a team, which means you'll prepare the menu together. You will still be aware of everything and can exchange ideas and support yourself within your team. This is how we prepare each course together and enjoy your creation together at a large table.
