Out of everyday working life, into the “Mothership”, studio & gallery of the art collective “Maison Douce” in Hamburg. Extraordinary team-building events take place here: art workshops that promote motivation, solidarity and problem-solving skills.
No experience or previous knowledge required!
In the inspiring atmosphere of a real artist studio, participants can gain positive experiences as a group, solve problems through play and return as a strengthened team. For the one-day workshop, we offer various variants in which you work on a work of art independently and as a group: Either with acrylic paints on canvas, with photography for a collage or as a joint sculpture. Food and materials will of course be provided.
What will you learn at the team building event in Hamburg?
Inspiration: Keynote speech on art history and collaborations in the creative and art sector. Co-creation and joint value creation as the basis for success.
Collaboration: The artistic task (image, photo or sculpture) awakens the participants' imagination and sense of togetherness. The result is a work of art to take away and as a reminder of the team spirit. No previous artistic experience required!
Problem solving skills: The art workshop promotes the creativity of all participants and thus also problem-solving skills. These learnings are transferred back to everyday working life.
Motivation: This workshop is more incentive than continuing education! A day in a creative, new environment, a playful and artistic approach and results to touch and take with you!

“Maison Douce” — Workshop hosts
Lotte Hauss (graduate artist, master student painting) and Marc T. Süß (creative director, lecturer, speaker) help the teams with expertise, experience and motivation to successfully create a joint work of art — which they keep as a team and of what they can be proud of.

What to bring?
Should another program item be planned in addition to the art workshop (e.g. presentation), please bring appropriate materials (laptop, flip chart, etc.). Everything for an art workshop is on site.
What is included?
Materials and aprons are provided. Water too. Tea, coffee, snacks or a bar can be booked by appointment.
