In our vegan single sushi course, you can combine a lot of things. By learning the art of making sushi, rediscover your own skills and share this experience with other people who, just like you, want to meet new people.
After a welcome smoothie, we will first look at the basics of traditional Japanese sushi making, from preparing rice to all the classic basic Japanese forms.
Our vegan approach involves so much more than just omitting fish. Our supplier “Biofrüchte Hahn” supplies us with the highest quality of sun-ripened fruit, vegetables, herbs and legumes, which provides us with a basis for creative and innovative vegan sushi combinations. Depending on the season, wild and wild herbs are also used. We recommend that you bring food storage containers. As a rule, they make more sushi than you can eat on the course evening.
