Class description
Discover the world of Japanese cuisine in our sushi cooking class in Munich! Under the guidance of our experienced sushi master, you will learn how to prepare traditional and modern sushi variations such as maki, temaki, nigiri and inside-out rolls. Whether you're a beginner or already have experience, this sushi workshop gives you the perfect opportunity to expand your skills and create your own sushi masterpiece.
How does this activity work?
The course starts with an introduction to the necessary ingredients and utensils, followed by step-by-step instructions from our sushi master Kato Masahiro. You will prepare various types of sushi, from temaki (hand rolls) and maki (sushi rolls) to inside-out rolls such as the popular California roll. A small white wine tasting completes the sushi experience while you learn how to make the perfect sushi rice.
You will then have the opportunity to make nigiri sushi, which requires special dexterity. However, with the tricks of our experts, you will quickly achieve success! And the best part: You can take your prepared delicacies home or share them with up to 4-5 guests directly on site.
Who should definitely take part?
Our sushi class in Munich is ideal for anyone who loves Japanese cuisine and wants to learn how to prepare sushi themselves. Whether for private events such as birthdays, team events or bachelor parties — this Japanese cooking class in Munich offers an unforgettable experience.
