Capturing the magic of the city at night — street photography is one of the most exciting genres of photography — full of dynamism, unpredictable moments and unique lighting moods. Especially in a city like Frankfurt, where modernity meets history, there are countless motifs. But when night falls, the city develops a very special magic: glowing billboards are reflected in the glass facades, the rain makes the pavement shine, shapes and shadows create mysterious silhouettes.
On this photo tour, we dive deep into Frankfurt at night, explore exciting locations and capture the atmosphere of the city in unique pictures. From busy streets to fascinating subway stations, we're inspired by the urban backdrop and capture the special moments.
During the tour, I will provide you with valuable tips: How do you compose an atmospheric recording? How do you capture the energy of the city? And how do you create impressive images of people in urban areas? Together, we discover the endless possibilities of night photography and let ourselves be carried away by the city.
Bonus
You can send me one of your pictures of the walk. I then make a draw and the winner receives a photo print in A3.
How does this activity work?
- Introductory round and tips.
- We travel to various locations on a fixed route, at each location we have enough time to take pictures.
- We have a longer stay in special places.
- During the walk, I will of course be available for questions and assistance.
- At the end of the walk, we have a feedback session and occasionally talk about the pictures taken and more.
