About this class
Thai street food is one of the most diverse foods in the world. As a native Thai who was born in Bangkok and partly grew up in Bangkok, I remember the smells of this cuisine only too fondly. From traditional pad thai, a rice band noodle dish with shrimp, tofu and eggs, to any curries you can imagine. In addition, this kitchen there is very inexpensive and accessible to everyone.
What is the process?
In this course, you have the opportunity to learn this cuisine. I'll take you 1:1 and introduce you to Thailand's various vegetables and herbs, then we'll prepare fresh, authentic Thai dishes and enjoy them with a good wine.
The menu is always arranged individually by me in consultation with the group.
Except for dessert, everything is always served at the same time in Thailand.
Where can the course take place?
The location is set to Hanover, but with enough leeway, I also like to come to work, home or on agency vacation, it doesn't matter where you are.
