“A man had a donkey...” This is how the world-famous fairy tale of the Town Musicians of Bremen begins, which was published by the Brothers Grimm for the first time in the popular children's and household tales at the beginning of the 19th century. But what is actually behind the fairy tale? And where can you find the Town Musicians all over Bremen's cityscape? Go on a fairytale search for clues in the old town and find out. You will also hear other magical legends and stories from the Hanseatic city.
However, the tour is not exclusively about the Town Musicians of Bremen. Small celebrities such as Bremen's Gluckhen, the “Cripple” at Roland's Feet and the Seven Lazy Men also play a role. In addition, you will hear stories from time to time that have given many others goosebumps. Let yourself be surprised!
