Class description
A special bachelorette party where the bride and her girlfriends discover energetic relaxation techniques together in a mindful atmosphere that can help both on the wedding day and in everyday life. A letting go ritual creates space for new things, and the bride then receives loving wishes for her future life. A JGA for peace, positive energy and solidarity.
How does this activity work?
1. Opening ritual: arrival meditation and candle ritual
We start with a gentle meditation to calm down and open up the space for the ceremony. Accompanied by a candle ritual, all participants can share a wish for time together.
2. Spiritual exercises to relax
We learn two energetic exercises that can be wonderfully integrated in brief moments when excited on the wedding day. We will get to know and practice these in pairs and group exercises. Of course, you can also integrate these two techniques into your everyday life if you need them.
3. Meditation & Sharing Circle: Letting Go and Burn
In guided meditation, we focus our attention on strengthening lightness and serenity within ourselves. Stressful thoughts can be let go in order to create space for peace and confidence. Finally, we can symbolically record these thoughts on a small piece of paper and burn them in a small ritual — a ritual that helps us to let go of old things and welcome new things.
4. Meditation & wishes to the bride & gemstone
In a short meditation, we will now dedicate ourselves to the wishes of the bride. In a sharing circle, these are then shared and the wishes are translated into a personal symbol — be it a gemstone or another object — which the bride can carry with her as a lasting reminder of this special day and the good wishes.
5th Closing Ritual: Final Meditation
Finally, we stop for a final meditation to consciously end the Bridal Blessing Circle. The candles then go out as a symbol of the end of their time together and the light that each participant takes with them into everyday life.
Who should definitely take part?
The spiritual JGA is suitable for anyone who is looking for a mindful, loving and connecting alternative to classic bachelorette parties. Whether for the bride and her immediate friends or for a mixed group — the event creates a special space for community, appreciation and unforgettable moments. No previous experience is required, just the joy of shared experiences and the desire to consciously celebrate this special phase of life.
