What you’ll do in the class

Our sparkling wine seminar starts with a small aperitif and a short introduction to the topic.
We will then take you on a fascinating journey into the sensory world of sparkling wine.
In between, we take a short break of about 15 minutes, time to breathe deeply, exchange ideas and chat.
After the official part, we will round off the seminar in a relaxed atmosphere.

Eight selected sparkling wines from all over the world, which we taste together.
To keep the palate fresh, water and bread are of course always available.
In addition, you will receive informative documents that give you an overview of the wines and sensors you have tasted and help you to retrace what you have learned in peace and quiet even after the seminar.
